Great anti-virus software
I bought my lifelong Stopzilla anti-virus software license back in May of 2005, and it is still active on this laptop. I bought a new Dell about three years ago, and I wish SZ was still around.
I have many stories of SZ cleaning up my computer, and one was back in 2020 when an online forum room used for work infected my laptop with 65 infections. Good ole' SZ cleaned it up. This laptop just got cleaned up from 69 infections from a trojan that SZ found.
Not sure how, but SZ also shows that it had 'updated 10 minutes ago.' Does it really update? Not sure, and it doesn't matter, but I like to see that cute blonde gal smiling as a customer service rep on the software's front page.

I had an issue with my system and reached out to their customer services. They kept me waiting for a long time.
After several tries I finally spoke to someone and he was rude and unhelpful. It is so disappointing to receive such a customer service after paying them so much.
Very bad experience
I will never use or recommend this product to anyone out there. I thought it was a reliable and trustworthy option but they were taking money from my account without my knowledge.
I would advice not to trust their services

it detects any harmful virus before it gets into my computer keeping my data safe from any damage. Stopzilla is a reliable antivirus that protects my computer from viruses, trojans and other threats.
i use the antivirus in different gadget like tablets, smartphones and tablest. it scans any new gadget connected to my computer to prevent any virus getting into the computer.

Excellent and most dependable programming out there. I have utilized this product for quite a long time on different PCs it works, have been virus free. The tune up part of the package does make the computer run faster and doesn't interfere with other computer processes.

Did what I needed. I had two older computers that I want to recycle but couldnt reset.
I tried everything I possibly found online to delete them but nothing worked. This finally safely wiped the hard drives.

The software not only cleans the junk but also speeds up my Pc. I work as a developer in a multinational company and my life depends on computers.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. After Pissed Consumer contacted Stopzilla most of it was refunded.
I noticed after reviewing my bank statement that they again charged me $9.99, on 7/31/21. I sent them a message but no reply.
I am going to contact MC. This has got to stop..
Please check your records and return my 79.91 and stop taking the 9.99 each month.

A satisfactory review
Stopzilla is a permanent part of my computer now. It cleans junks and makes my PC faster than ever.
Earlier, I had a very slow computer but now it is resolved.
I see a big difference. Hats off to the team!

Even though Pissed Consumer contacted Stopzilla about my complaint on 6/4/2021,They did refund some of my money, but they charged me $9.99 again on 7/31/2021. I've contacted them on their site but I don't really expect a reply..
I'm thinking I have no other but to contact MC and make a complaint. I cannot recommend Stopzilla to anyone.
